Two independent consultants Midterm Review (MTR) of the GEF-UNDP-UNESCO Cryosphere project.
The UNESCO Regional Office in Almaty seeks two independent consultants: an international evaluator to serve as team leader and a national expert. Together, they will conduct the UNDP-GEF Midterm Review (MTR) of the GEF-UNDP-UNESCO Cryosphere project.
These are two separate vacancies; however, the selected consultants will work collaboratively. Applicants must not have participated in the project’s preparation, formulation, or implementation (including drafting the Project Document) and should have no conflicts of interest regarding project activities.
