As the Chief Visionary Officer and Co-Founding Member of GRADE A HOLDINGS, LLC, Mr. Nicholas B. Willard also known as "Killum-On-Da-Ink", THE EYES OF THE BUSINESS, brings a wealth of creative insight and strategic vision to the table. With his forward-thinking approach, he guides our studios in exploring new trends, expanding our offerings, and cultivating innovative ideas that set us apart in the industry. 

Mr. Willard  hails from a family with a rich artistic background. Originally from Kansas City, Missouri he relocated to Atlanta at a young age, where he began developing his artistic talents across various mediums. Emerging as a prominent figure in Atlanta's vibrant art scene, Mr. Willard  later having been commissioned around the United States to perform an array of art projects and tattooing collaborations. 

Having established himself as a sought-after mobile tattoo artist, living and practicing his craft across various states including Georgia, New York, and California, Mr. Willard  aventured into mobile tattooing, across the United States, eventually finding his true calling in California. 

Renowned for his tattooing expertise, prowess, diverse, and versatile skills he has become a well-respected artist known for his creativity and attention to detail, with his artistic skills complement his broader artistic repertoire, serving as blueprints for larger-scale projects and demonstrating his innovative concepts.

Mr. Willard's laser-focus detailing talents extend beyond the boundaries of traditional tattoo artistry to encompass various forms of "All Things, A-R-T, including interior/exterior wall mural design, light artistry, mannequin artistry, logo design, vehicle wraps, sketch art and acclaimed collaborations with music artists. 

His acclaimed collaborations with music artists extend to diverse creative ventures. Additionally, he is delving into the realm of NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens) in both art and music, including music album cover creations, murals for album release parties, and embedding NFTs into music videos and songs.

 Leading our operational endeavors is, the Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Aubrey R. Logan-Holland, also known as the "Prince Of Cannabusiness",  THE BRAINS OF THE BUSINESS, and the mastermind behind our operations. His meticulous attention to detail and effective management ensure the smooth functioning of our studios. From daily operations to Corporate streamlining, Mr.Holland ensures every aspect of our business operates seamlessly, empowering our artists to excel in their craft. With over two decades of experience in building both privately held and publicly traded companies, his extensive expertise drives the GRADE A ecosystem. 

The COO and a Founding Member of GRADE A HOLDINGS, LLC, Mr. Holland's entrepreneurial journey began in 2002 at the age of 18, during which time he Co-Founded his first company, Total Control Entertainment, LLC In 2002 in his home state of New York.

He went on to Co-Found an Atlanta-based nutritional supplements brand, Elite Alchemy a Division of Elite Limitless Alchemy, LLC in 2012. Elite Alchemy co-sponsored Legacy Fighting Championships LFC 40 Fight Night, which aired in March of 2015 to 90 million viewers on Mark Cuban's AXS TV Network. 

As a lifelong lover of cannabis, He was regularly conducting business with companies that were producing CBD by 2013. During this time, Mr.Holland was looking at opportunities in Colorado, Washington, and Oregon, as cannabis was legalized for recreational use in these states and exhibited both room for growth and expansion.

This prompted him to Co-Found Blue Dream Industries, LLC, which is also +++headquartered in Atlanta's Buckhead Financial District in 2016. 

Serving as CEO and Executive Chairman, he leads the aforementioned company. Blue Dream Industries, LLC is a comprehensive Advisory Firm specializing in branding, marketing, business development consulting, and investment banking intermediary services tailored to the cannabis industry. 

The company maintains a network of subsidiaries located in London, New York, Sydney, Los Angeles, Atlanta, and Miami, with multiple offices and subsidiaries overseeing distribution, research and development, as well as the import and export of cannabis. 

Mr. Holland is proud to have acquired three other companies through Blue Dream Industries subsidiary, BDI Acquisition Corporation, and has obtained minority stakes in multiple Publicly Traded and Privately-Held Cannabis Company’s through the BDI Capital Partners, Inc. Investment Subsidiary of Blue Dream Industries, LLC.  Blue Dream Industries, LLC was featured in Inc. Magazine in 2018.

Mr.Holland was featured in Men's Book Of Atlanta Magazine as one of the Men of the Year in 2017. 

Mr.Holland holds positions on the boards of various organizations, such as the National Cannabis Industry Association, the Georgia Intellectual Property Alliance, the International Trade Council, and the Job Creators Network. As well he assumed the role of President for the Georgia and Illinois chapters of the Cannabis Diversity Council and Alliance in 2018. 

Additionally, Mr. Holland, brings extensive corporate expertise to Grade A Holdings, LLC, significantly contributing to the company's exponential growth during its five-year tenure and powering the Company for a strong future.

Logan also known as "", THE HEART OF THE BUSINESS!  With her expertise in technology and data analytics, she leads our studio in harnessing the power of digital tools and systems to optimize efficiency, enhance customer experiences, and stay ahead of the curve in an increasingly digital world.

With Ms. Logan's guidance, GRADE A INK TATTOO AND PIERCING STUDIOS, GRADE A HOLDINGS, LLC, and the GRADE A brand are poised for exponential growth. With a rich background in information technology, systems, and project management, coupled with strong problem-solving abilities, adaptability to excel in dynamic, client-centric environments, she has consistently identified process improvements to optimize operations.

In previous roles, Ms. Logan has provided back office services and support, back-end knowledgeable and efficient support to company operations leadership, emphasizing quality customer care and driving increased satisfaction. 

With over 40 years of experience in managerial and supervisory roles, including project management and quality control,  Ms. Logan has honed her communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Her expertise in information technology, project management, and back office support will greatly contribute to the success of  GRADE A INK TATTOO AND PIERCING STUDIOS, GRADE A HOLDINGS, LLC, and the GRADE A brand.
