These payment terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of GRADE A INK TATTOO AND PIERCING STUDIOS' Website, located at https://www.gradeaink.com.
By accessing this website, we assume you accept these payment terms and conditions. Do not continue to use GRADE A INK TATTOO AND PIERCING STUDIOS if you do not agree to take all of the payment terms and conditions stated on this page.
The following terminology applies to these Payment Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company's terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to our Company. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client's needs in respect of provision of the Company's stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of us. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
This "Agreement", our "Payment Terms and Conditions Agreement" shall begin on the date hereof, March 07, 2024.
Fees And Payment Policies:
1. Fees. Fees Policy:
Customers are responsible for paying all fees specified on Order Forms on our website. Please note the following regarding our fee structure:
(i) Fees are determined based on the services and content subscriptions purchased.
(ii) Payment obligations are non-cancelable, and fees paid are non-refundable.
(iii) We reserve the right to adjust the prices of our services and/or products at any time.
Thank you for your understanding of our fee policy. If you have any questions or require further clarification, please don't hesitate to contact us.
2. Deposits. Important Deposit and Appointment Information:
To accommodate the high demand for our services and ensure the best experience for all our clients, we require a deposit to secure your booking. Please note the following deposit policy:
All appointments require a deposit to be confirmed.
Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to reschedule your appointment, (We require at least 72 hours of notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment.) Please refer to our Cancellations Policy.
The deposit amount will be deducted from the final cost of your service.

3. Invoicing and Payment. Invoicing and Payment Policy:
To facilitate seamless transactions, our invoicing process is designed to ensure clarity and efficiency:
(i) Invoicing allows customers to complete their payments securely.
(ii) Once you have consulted with our artist and selected the service(s) or product(s) you wish to purchase,
(iii) kindly provide us with your email address through our booking application, contact form, text message, or over the phone.
(iv) Within three (3) days of receiving the invoice, please remit the full amount discussed and invoiced, to GRADE A INK TATTOO AND PIERCING STUDIOS.
(v) Failure to complete payment within the allotted three (3) days will result in the cancellation of your booked appointment.

4. Subscriptions. Subscriptions Terms:
When subscribing to our services, please note the following terms:
(i) The initial subscription term and any renewal subscription terms are outlined in the "Term of Purchased Subscriptions" section below.
(ii) Charges for subscriptions are invoiced on a monthly basis and are payable in advance.
(iii) Subscription payments will be facilitated by invoice sent to the customer's provided email address, in accordance with the relevant Order Form.
(iv) Unless otherwise specified in the Order Form, invoiced fees are due three (3) days from the date of the invoice.
(v) Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate email address for invoicing purposes.

5. Subscription Renewals. Subscription Renewals Policy:
Our subscription renewals operate under the following guidelines:
Subscriptions will renew automatically unless canceled or upon active steps taken for account renewal.
Automatic renewal ensures uninterrupted access to our services and content.
Customers have the option to cancel their subscription at any time to prevent automatic renewal.
Active steps may include opting out of automatic renewal through the account settings or contacting customer support.
It is the responsibility of the customer to manage their subscription preferences and ensure timely cancellation if desired.

6. Subscriptions Overdue Charges. Subscriptions Overdue Charges Policy:
To maintain the integrity of our subscription services, please be aware of the following:
If any invoiced amount is not received within three (3) days of the billing or due date, the subscription shall be automatically canceled.
It is crucial to ensure timely payment to avoid interruption or cancellation of subscription services.
Customers are encouraged to monitor their invoicing and payment schedules to prevent any overdue charges.
Should a subscription be canceled due to non-payment, reactivation may be subject to additional terms and conditions.

7. Re-Instatement. Reinstatement Policy:
At GRADE A INK TATTOO AND PIERCING STUDIOS, we understand that circumstances may lead to subscription expirations. To facilitate a smooth process for our customers, please note the following reinstatement policy:
GRADE A INK TATTOO AND PIERCING STUDIOS will reinstate expired subscriptions for up to 90 days after the subscription expiration date.
Upon reinstatement, GRADE A INK TATTOO AND PIERCING STUDIOS will charge the standard subscription fee plus a 20% reinstatement fee.
Any lapse in subscription greater than 90 days will require the purchase of a new subscription.
Reinstatement requests should be made within the 90-day window to avoid the need for a new subscription purchase.

8. Refund/Return Policy. Refund/Return Policy:
At GRADE A INK TATTOO AND PIERCING STUDIOS, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction, and we stand behind the quality of our services. Please review and note our refund/return policy for services and products:
(i) Services:
There shall be no refunds on services provided, except in cases where services were not provided as specified. (Please refer to the Artwork Policy and the Touch Up Policy).
In the unlikely event of a mistake, it is the duty of the artist to rectify it at no additional cost to the customer.
(ii) Subscription Plans:
There shall be no refunds on subscription plans. If a subscription is canceled after the monthly subscription has been paid, the customer will not receive a refund. However, the customer will have full utilization of the subscription plan through that period, and the subscription will cancel out completely on the last day of the subscription plan.
(iii) Product(s):
Our refund/return policy on product(s) is currently being updated. Please contact us directly for information regarding refunds or returns on product(s).
We believe that there is always a solution, and our team is committed to finding the best and quickest resolution for any issues that may arise.
Customers are encouraged to contact the studio as soon as possible to allow us to address and resolve any concerns promptly.

9. Suspend A Customer's Service(s). Customer Service Suspension Policy:
At GRADE A INK TATTOO AND PIERCING STUDIOS, we are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all our customers. Please be aware of our policy regarding the suspension of customer services:
We reserve the right to suspend a customer's service or cancel their subscription plan due to any unethical and/or unruly behavior at the establishment, online discrepancies, or infringement on intellectual property rights, among other reasons.
Suspension of service allows our administrative staff time to thoroughly investigate the situation and make informed decisions based on the findings.
During the suspension period, the customer may be temporarily unable to access our services or utilize their subscription plan.
Once the investigation is complete, GRADE A INK TATTOO AND PIERCING STUDIOS will communicate the outcome to the customer and take appropriate action as necessary, which may include reinstatement of services, continuation of suspension, or termination of the subscription plan.

10. Fees Dispute. Fees Dispute Resolution:
At GRADE A INK TATTOO AND PIERCING STUDIOS, we understand that disputes may arise regarding charges, and we are committed to resolving them in a fair and timely manner. Please see below for our process for handling fees disputes:
If a customer is disputing the applicable charges reasonably and in good faith and is cooperating diligently to resolve the dispute, we encourage open communication to address the situation promptly.
Customers disputing charges are encouraged to reach out to our customer support team to discuss their concerns and provide any relevant information or documentation.
Upon receiving a dispute, GRADE A INK TATTOO AND PIERCING STUDIOS will conduct a thorough review of the charges in question, considering all available evidence and information provided by the customer.
Our team will work diligently to resolve the dispute in a fair and amicable manner, aiming to reach a mutually satisfactory resolution.
Throughout the dispute resolution process, GRADE A INK TATTOO AND PIERCING STUDIOS will maintain open lines of communication with the customer, providing updates and seeking clarification as needed.
Once the dispute is resolved, GRADE A INK TATTOO AND PIERCING STUDIOS will communicate the outcome to the customer and take any necessary actions, such as adjusting charges or providing refunds if applicable.

11. Artwork Policy. Artwork Policy:
At GRADE A INK TATTOO AND PIERCING STUDIOS, we strive to create tattoo designs that meet your expectations and preferences. Please review our artwork policy:
Revisions that stay within the idea discussed at the consultation can be made on the day of your appointment.
If you change your idea, placement, concept, etc., and major or excessive revisions are required, your deposit will be forfeited.
In such cases, your appointment will need to be rescheduled, and a new deposit may be required to secure the new appointment slot.
In the unlikely event of a mistake, it is the duty of the artist to rectify it at no additional cost to the customer.

12. Touch Up Policy. Touch Up Policy:
At GRADE A INK TATTOO AND PIERCING STUDIOS, we value the quality and longevity of your tattoo. Please review our touch-up policy:
Courtesy Touch-Ups:
Courtesy touch-ups are at the artist's discretion.
Free Touch-Ups:
Necessary touch-ups related to the technical application and healing of a tattoo are free if done within 6 months of the tattoo by the original artist.
Touch-ups are not available for tattoos on non-guaranteed body parts (fingers, hands, and feet).
Touch-ups cannot be performed until the tattoo is fully healed.
Paid Touch-Ups:
Touch-ups due to client failure or negligence to follow our aftercare procedures will be charged at the same rate as a new tattoo.
Changes to the original agreed-upon tattoo are not considered touch-ups and will be charged as a new tattoo.
Non-Guaranteed Body Parts:
Healing results of tattoos on non-guaranteed body parts (head, face, genitals, feet, or hands) cannot be guaranteed and may not be eligible for free touch-ups.
Tattoos on non-guaranteed body parts may require multiple touch-ups and may be charged as a new tattoo each time.

13. Procedure Refusal Policy. Procedure Refusal Policy:
At GRADE A INK TATTOO AND PIERCING STUDIOS, the safety and well-being of our clients are of utmost importance. Please review our procedure refusal policy:
Safety Precautions:
We reserve the right to refuse to perform procedures on clients whom we deem unfit for undergoing the tattooing process for safety reasons.
This includes clients who are pregnant or under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Change of Project Idea:
Clients who choose to change their project idea after we have received their initial deposit are subject to being refused.
In such cases, the tattoo artist will retain the client's deposit.

14. Cancellation and Late Policy. Please review our policy regarding cancellations and lateness:
At GRADE A INK TATTOO AND PIERCING STUDIOS, we strive to provide exceptional service to all our clients. We value your time and commitment to your appointments. To ensure that we can accommodate the needs of our clients and our artists, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation Notice: We kindly ask for at least 72 hours of notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly and offer the appointment slot to another client.
Cancellation: In the event of a cancellation without rescheduling, your deposit will be forfeited.
Deposit Forfeiture: In the event of a cancellation, your deposit will be forfeited. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but this policy helps us maintain our commitment to respecting the time and schedules of our artists and other clients.
15. Late Arrivals: Late Arrival Policy:
Please be punctual for your appointment.
Should you arrive late, we may need to shorten your appointment time to avoid inconveniencing other clients who have appointments scheduled after yours. We value your time and understand the importance of punctuality.
Should you anticipate being late or unable to make your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we want to accommodate your needs while respecting the time of all our clients.
Time is a precious commodity, and by notifying us in advance, you help us ensure that we can accommodate any necessary adjustments to the schedule for a smooth and efficient schedule for everyone. This is paramount to providing excellent service.

16. No Call/No Show Policy. No Call/No Show Policy (Please refer to the Full Cancellations Policy):
At GRADE A INK TATTOO AND PIERCING STUDIOS, we value the time and resources of our clients and artists. Please review our policy regarding no call/no show appointments:
Forfeiture of Deposit:
Failure to show up for your appointment without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, and future appointments may require prepayment in full.
Clients who do not call or reschedule their appointment with at least 72 hours notice will forfeit their deposit.
17. Rescheduling: Rescheduling After No Show/No Call Policy:
Clients who miss their appointment without prior notification will be required to make a new appointment.
Should you need to reschedule your appointment with at least 72 hours of notice, we will gladly accommodate your request without any penalty. Your deposit will be applied to your rescheduled appointment.
Should you need to reschedule your appointment after a no-show or no-call, after the 72 hours notice conditions has not been met, we will gladly accommodate your future appointments, client would be subject to providing a new deposit equal to 50% (fifty percent) prepayment or the prepayment in full of the quoted fee of the work to be performed. The decision in reference to the prepayment amount, will be at the discretion of management.
Should habitual cancellation and rescheduling become an issue, we will gladly accommodate your future appointments. However, the client will be required to provide full prepayment of the quoted fee for the work to be performed.

18. Missed Appointments. Missed Appointments (Please refer to the Full Cancellations Policy):
At GRADE A INK TATTOO AND PIERCING STUDIOS, we prioritize punctuality and mutual respect in scheduling appointments. Please review our policy regarding missed appointments:
Client Responsibility:
Remembering and respecting the appointment time is the responsibility of the client.
Deposit Retention:
We reserve the right to retain the client's deposit for missed appointments where there was no notification of cancellation at least 72 hours in advance.
