Cancellation and Late Policy

Please review our policy regarding cancellations and lateness:

At GRADE A INK TATTOO AND PIERCING STUDIOS, we strive to provide exceptional service to all our clients. We value your time and commitment to your appointments. To ensure that we can accommodate the needs of our clients and our artists, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Notice: We kindly ask for at least 72 hours of notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly and offer the appointment slot to another client.

Rescheduling: Should you need to reschedule your appointment with at least 72 hours of notice, we will gladly accommodate your request without any penalty. Your deposit will be applied to your rescheduled appointment.  

However, should you need to reschedule your appointment after the conditions of the 72 hours of notice, we will gladly accommodate your future appointments, which will require a 50% (fifty percent) prepayment or the prepayment in full of the quoted amount of the work to be performed. The decision in reference to the prepayment amount, will be at the discretion of management.

Cancellation: In the event of a cancellation without rescheduling, your deposit will be forfeited. 

Deposit Forfeiture: In the event of a cancellation, your deposit will be forfeited. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but this policy helps us maintain our commitment to respecting the time and schedules of our artists and other clients.

Late Arrivals: Please be punctual for your appointment. If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your appointment time to avoid inconveniencing other clients who have appointments scheduled after yours. We value your time and understand the importance of punctuality. If you anticipate being late or unable to make your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we want to accommodate your needs while respecting the time of all our clients. Time is a precious commodity, and by notifying us in advance, you help us ensure that we can accommodate any necessary adjustments to the schedule for a smooth and efficient schedule for everyone. This is paramount to providing excellent service. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding in keeping our appointments running smoothly.

No-Show Policy: Failure to show up for your appointment without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, and future appointments may require prepayment in full.
